Permatang pasir,there has been an election to find the representor for the government.
2 influenced people in 2 different parties. There are Mohd Salleh Man and Rohaizat Othman that fought for the seat in Permatang Pasir at Bukit Mertajam. Rohaizat from BN has been defeated by Mohd Salleh from PAS with the result of 4551 majority. Mohd Salleh now is officially be the representor of Permatang Pasir in Bukit Mertajam. therefore,PAS has retained their seat for Permatang Pasir state. This shows PAS is influential party in that state and has the power for their priority to change the rules,more to Islamic ways.

PAS has won the election. they increase their seat in the on the west coast side of Malaysia.

In the japan,Harajuku-zoku or Harajuku tribe like to hung out at Shibuya ward of Tokyo.Every Sunday,they dressed in a variety of style.The fashion styles of these youth really unique.Cosplay is one of a custume-based style.A cosplay will usually dress as a fictional character from a band,movie or manga.In 1990's,kawaii became popular phrase that meant something was cute or preety.Other styles in Harajuku is lolita fashion that was created in Osaka.It much more look like the cyber-punk and gothic fashion.Another section of Harajuku is Uru-Hara.Uru-Hara tribe mostly are male that was interested in a hip-hop,skater fashion and grafitti.

The history of Harajuku began after the end of World War II when US soldier and their family occupy the area known as Harajuku.The area became an area where curious young people interest to have experience a different culture.In 1964,the idea of Harajuku slowly began to take more concrete shape,when the summer Olympics came to Tokyo.

1- Natalism_ is a belief that promotes human reproduction.

2- Family planning_ Planning of when to have children and the use of birth control. Usuallyfemale-male couple wish to limit the number of children they have or to control the timing of pregnancy(known as ‘spacing children’).

3- Infant mortality_ the number of deaths of infants. It has became the most common cause of infant mortality.

4- Urbanization_ place where money, service and wealth are centralized. Physical growth of urban areas from rural areas. As the result,more people are going for entertainment rather than to have family.

5- Age of marriage_ for Malaysia- the age of marriage is 21. 18 with parental consent, 16 for female with special marriage license.

6- Conflict_ can be internal(within oneself) or external(between 2 or more individuals).
žConflict is actual/perceived opposition of needs,values and interests.

This decreasing birth rate will continues. Cause by the factors.
